To add the Artist’s image to the master Tile Listing’s page:

To add the Artist’s Tile to the master listing’s page:

• Go back to the ‘Artists’ page (i.e. ‘Painters’).
• Hover over the gallery of tiles and click ‘EDIT’ in the menu that pops up.
• When the gallery of tiles opens, double-click anywhere in the gallery to open the ‘Grid’ pop-up editor.
• In the editor, you must add the new artist manually. To do this, click the ‘+’ at the bottom. Select the artist’s photo by either ‘Search Images’ or ‘Upload Image’. It is recommended to Search Images and use the photo you already uploaded for the Artist Bio. If you ‘Upload Image’, it will create a second image file on the server which will cause file bloat.
• Once the image is added, it will appear as a square tile at the very bottom of the existing tile stack.
• To change the crop of the image, hover over the photo in the ‘Grid’ editor and drag the little ‘O’ that appears atop the thumbnail of the image. This ‘O’ represents the focal point of the photo. It can only be moved a little, depending on the crop, shape and quality of the original image. Click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of this new window.
• The tiles do NOT automatically alphabetize. You will need to do this manually. In the Grid Editor, you can grab the tile and pull it to where you want it to be. Click ‘Apply’ at the bottom of this new window.
• To link this new tile to the Arftist’s actual Bio/Gallery page: In the Grid Editor, double-click on the artist’s tile which will open another ‘Edit Image’ window. Click the ‘Click to add URL…’ button. Select ‘Content’ in the sub-navigation, and then scroll down to the new page that you just made for the Artist.
• To remove an artist from the master grid, hover over the tile in the Grid Editor and click the little trash can icon that pops up. Removing the tile does NOT delete the artist’s page. This will need to be deleted separately.
• Click ‘Save’ in the to left of this panel.
